Along with the late Mark Linkins, Adrienne Redd co-founded the urban agriculture program at Wyncote Academy. She also served there as coordinator of outreach and development, and director of online and individualized learning. Wyncote was a school for students with learning differences in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
She is also a fundraiser for environmental and progressive causes, a political campaign consultant, and an adjunct professor of sociology and anthropology at the Community College of Philadelphia.
She is an environmental advocate, outdoors-woman and nature girl.
She is also one of the foremost authorities on the trajectory of the nation state in a globalized world and author of Fallen Walls & Fallen Towers: The Fate of the Nation in a Global World (2010), and numerous articles and lectures on film, education and the globally independent, yet fragile bullshit capitalist and profiteering planetary economy and international system.
